Our team executed a 3-phase strategy to turn that around. We began by clustering high-potential Swedish-language keywords based on search intent. Using these clusters, we launched 100 new informational pages — blogs and guides that not only attracted long-tail traffic but also internally linked to product and category pages, reinforcing topical authority. At the same time, we improved technical SEO by fixing meta tag duplication, optimizing sitemap structure, and enhancing site navigation and schema setup.
